Your role:

Supply planning:

  • Perform replenishment based on demand requirements by MRP and APO forecasting transfer and monitor potential stock-outs and take preventive measures to ensure business stability.
  • Analyze the performance of the suppliers (e.g Leadtime, service level) and work with global SCM to improve the performance of vendors.
  • Manage inventory DSI levels to target expectations while ensure service level agreements.
  • Balance the supply and demand over a monthly planning horizon to achieve optimum product availability and supply chain efficiencies.
  • Managing necessary planning parameters to ensure system functionality can be performed as business expected.
  • Planning reporting related to key KPIs, analyze on monthly trend and work on continuous improvement.

Demand planning:

  • Managing S&OP process. Drive monthly Local Demand Review with business stakeholders, get alignment on forecast.
  • Develop and verify rolling forecast and work with global demand planners to ensure a smooth region-to-global handover is conducted.
  • Tracking data on forecast management tool and handover to validate purchasing requisitions and monitor replenishment triggered by demand forecast.
  • Responsible for in-charge BU sales quarterly/yearly landing and close contact window with BU with regard of demand management topics.
  • Managing forecast accuracy, monitoring results on both monthly and quarterly base, take necessary action to improve forecast accuracy to ensure a balance between demand and supply.

Project management/additional technology:

  • Experience 3+ years on project management.
  • Initial process setup by cross functional communication with sales, marketing, production planning, supply planning.
  • Knowledge of tableau, power BI and other digitalization tools will be a plus.

Who you are:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related SC working experience.
  • SAP experience 4+ years, demand planning experience with APO DP/SNP is required. Oracle experience will be a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and Cross functional communication skills.
  • Good at verbal and written English.
  • High sense of responsibility. Working under pressure and with passion for continuous improvement.
