The Distributors and Accessories Inventory Management Sr Planner has as main responsibility to execute the buy for the product requested by the Distributors in Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela and Panama, in order to have the product available for the business in a timely manager. The second responsibility is to coordinate the LATAM buy for the Accessories and Outerwear categories acting as a point of contact between the different vendors and the IM responsible in each country of the affiliate (ANDES | Brazil | Colombia and MX)

Secure the seasonal buy of the distributors following the Go To Market (GTM) Calendar through PREQ process
High level of communication with the distributors to share the seasonal ETD’s
Execute the on-time PO Issuance in S4 for the seasonal buy of the distributors
Coordinate the communication with Vendors/SSM to enable the on time pick up by the distributors
Accessories and Outerwear o Coordinate the LATAM PREQ among Outerwear/Accessories vendors and IM partners in Brazil | Chile | Colombia
Execute the PO Issuance for the MX accessories (direct shipment / non direct shipment) and outwear
