Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Regular forecast review with the Product Line Manager / Business Unit Planner.
• Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.
• Coordinates production plans to ensure materials, equipment, and raw materials are provided according to schedules.
• Works to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.
• Close collaboration with Materials, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics to meet committed customer delivery.
• Management of production work orders and inventory review, arrangement & transactions.
• Perform shipment scheduling, arrangement & transactions.
• Monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle
• Support New Product Transfer and EOL activities.
• Ensure all customers' feedback and issues are addressed and closed.
• Close collaboration with various teams to drive continual improvement and initiatives.

Education and Work Experience:

• Degree in Business, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Min 3-5years of work experience in Supply & Demand Planning and Order Fulfillment in Manufacturing Environment (preferred).
• Experience in high mix low volume production is an added advantage.
• Proficiency with MRP systems, specific experience with Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and outside processing (OSP), pull systems & Kanban management is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with customer focus
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is highly advantageous.
