
The Senior Physician Assistant (PA) is responsible for the clinical practice of medicine within a designated specialty, working in collaboration with a supervising physician and in accordance with an established delineation of privileges. With a minimum of five years of clinical experience, the Senior PA serves as an advanced practitioner, demonstrating expert clinical knowledge and the ability to manage complex patient care scenarios independently. This role reflects a high level of proficiency in patient-centered care, professionalism, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based practice. In addition to core clinical responsibilities, the Senior PA contributes to medical education, patient relations, and continuous practice-based learning and improvement.
Master’s degree in PA studies or a related discipline preferred.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in specialty or similar specialty as a Physician Assistant.
Clinical leadership experience in an acute care setting with evidence of strong leadership potential.
