Reporting to the medical director, we are looking for a dynamic and team-player who is keen to join and grow with our team as a Senior Pharmacist.
Roles & Responsibilities
a. Quality Improvement and Innovation
· Drive analytical assessment of DPH’s patients
· Lead the innovation and quality improvement of the service rendered
b. Review of Policies
· Oversee the review exercise from time to time to ensure compliance in the clinical and operational procedures
c. Support Staff Management & Supervisory
· Participate in regular inpatient and home care clinical rounds with the multi-disciplinary team
· Provide medication related training for pharmacy team, doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers as relevant
· Supervise and guide pharmacy technician in their performance of duties
Requirements
Bachelor or Masters in Pharmac
4 to 5 years of clinical practice experience
Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
Possess good patient relation, communication and interpersonal skills
An independent worker, as well as a team player, with a positive attitude
