Senior Permitting Specialist

Worley Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Permitting Specialist to join our Environment & Society (E&S) team in the United States. This role will play a critical part in delivering permitting, regulatory, and environmental solutions to energy sector clients across upstream, midstream, downstream, and emerging energy transition markets.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, regulatory expertise, and client advisory support, with a strong focus on environmental permitting and compliance. In addition, this role will contribute to business growth and client development, supporting strategic initiatives aligned with the energy transition, including biofuels, hydrogen, carbon management, and renewable power.
This is a high-impact opportunity to influence project outcomes, strengthen client partnerships, and support the continued growth of Worley Consulting’s E&S service line across the US.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at a Worley U.S. office, working a hybrid schedule.Preference is given to candidates located in Houston, TX; however, we are also open to qualified candidates based near other Worley U.S. offices (including Long Beach/Monrovia, CA; Charleston, WV; Reading, PA).
