Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to support and execute our paid media strategy across key digital platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this role combines hands-on content creation with structured planning and performance tracking.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for increasing visibility for our legal software solutions across social media and third-party platforms, driving qualified traffic to our website, and optimizing conversion rates.

This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, ensuring campaigns deliver against KPIs while continuously identifying optimization opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams across Europe to drive measurable business impact across the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Paid Social Media strategy aligned with business goals and segment-specific needs in Spain, France, Netherlands, Belgium & Germany
  • Plan, build and launch campaigns across key platforms (ie. LinkedIn, Meta, third party platforms)
  • Drive the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on objectives, performance patterns, best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting creatives and landing pages
  • Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase speed of testing (A/B, etc..)
  • Oversee social media advertising budgets, pacing, and ROI in coordination with marketing teams
  • Ensure accurate setup of targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and tracking (pixels, conversion events, UTM tagging) while maintaining campaign hygiene and platform best practices
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content formats and channels
  • Align paid social activities with organic efforts leveraging a shared content calendar to coordinate messaging, timing, and amplification.
  • Drive consistency in brand voice and targeting while identifying joint initiatives where paid media can enhance organic performance (e.g., launches, always-on support, and content amplification).
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
  • Identify trends and proactively adjust audiences, creatives, budgets and bids
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across channels
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Translate data into actionable optimizations and learning agendas
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in paid media / performance marketing with hands-on experience with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn), ideally in B2B SaaS or legal tech.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
  • Must be fluent in English, other languages a plus (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Flemish)
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tag managers)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry or professional services marketing is a plus.
