We are looking for a Senior Performance Manager to shape our digital footprint in Australia. If you are a data-driven strategist ready to lead high-impact campaigns for a global sports brand, we want you.

As a Senior Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Digital activity across the Australian market. You will be channel-agnostic, overseeing Search, Performance Media, and Paid Social to drive continual conversion growth and maximise ROI.

Accountable for all digital marketing within your remit, you will develop industry-leading strategies, manage budgets, and define CPFA targets against Predicted Lifetime Value (pLTV) sources. You will support and mentor a team of Marketing Executives, ensuring always-on activity remains compliant and efficient, and tactical executions are activated on time.

By identifying cross-channel opportunities and driving a test-and-learn mindset, you will foster working synergies across channel specialist teams, Brand, and CRM. Your leadership will ensure team readiness for key sporting events and deliver streamlined accounting processes against annual budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role, ideally within the Australian wagering or sports industry
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale performance marketing budgets, including UAC, Demand Gen, and YouTube Ads
  • Advanced proficiency in digital tracking and attribution models, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Partners
  • Strong understanding of incrementality, pLTV, and data-driven marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of App Store Optimisation (ASO) and the relationship between paid and organic app growth
  • Deep awareness of the Australian gambling vertical, local sporting calendar, and strict regulatory requirements
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget planning and forecasting
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to run ad-hoc analysis to drive continuous improvement

Additional Information

  • Develop and deliver industry-leading ASO and cross-channel marketing strategies to drive incremental app growth
  • Design and execute incrementality tests to measure business impact and optimise media spend
  • Manage departmental budgets in line with seasonality to deliver profitable customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Build and enhance professional relationships with key external partners to stay abreast of new features
  • Run ad-hoc analysis to resolve pain points and uncover long-term opportunities
  • Champion knowledge exchange across the Digital team to share vertical expertise and best practices
  • Lead key event briefing and team readiness for high-traffic periods in the Australian sporting calendar
  • Ensure a high standard of account hygiene and strict adherence to compliance and Responsible Gambling guidelines
