You're looking to contribute to the transformation of the transport sector towards a greener and more sustainable future. You want to actively participate in shaping policies and initiatives that reduce carbon emissions, promote renewable energy adoption, and enhance the overall environmental performance of the transport network.

In this role, you'll:


You will play a key role in delivering portfolio performance insights and governance across the REZ portfolio, ensuring effective executive coordination, reporting and risk visibility.

Coordinate TfNSW Executive Stereo, including agenda and paper delivery for RDESSG and SteerCo


Lead risk and issues management reporting


Deliver portfolio-level performance monitoring, analysis, reporting and governance


Provide insights to track progress, support schedule optimisation and inform program-level decision-making


Contribute to performance frameworks, dashboards, KPIs and continuous improvement of reporting and governance


This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/27. The home office location is 231 Elizabeth Street however regional based candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

About you


You bring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement and project controls experience from large-scale infrastructure or complex portfolio environments. You’re skilled in executive reporting, risk and issues management, and translating complex data into clear insights that improve transparency, alignment and portfolio outcomes.
