Role Overview

The Senior PeopleSoft Architect provides leadership and
expertise in IT architecture across business, application, technology,
security, and information domains. This role is responsible for designing,
planning, and implementing architecture solutions for large-scale, multi-year
initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks, standards, and
strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide
  leadership in IT architecture across business, technology, applications,
  security, and information domains
• 
  Plan,
  design, deliver, and implement architecture solutions for large-scale,
  complex, multi-year projects
• 
  Define
  and establish architecture policies, standards, guidelines, and best
  practices for enterprise initiatives
• 
  Lead
  technical design and coordinate delivery activities across project teams
• 
  Provide
  specialized expertise in PeopleSoft HCM for design and build activities
• 
  Analyze
  and prioritize technical issues, providing recommendations and resolutions
• 
  Identify
  opportunities to improve PeopleSoft modules and system functionality
• 
  Provide
  architecture guidance for cross-functional and multi-stakeholder
  initiatives

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• 
  Extensive
  experience designing architecture solutions for large-scale, multi-client
  or enterprise initiatives
• 
  Strong
  capabilities in business process analysis, systems design, and integration
  strategies
• 
  Experience
  with procurement, customization, and integration of enterprise systems
• 
  Proven
  ability to manage complex architecture initiatives involving multiple
  stakeholders

PeopleSoft Expertise

• 
  In-depth
  experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules:
• 
  Core
  HR
• 
  Payroll
• 
  Benefits
  & Benefits Administration
• 
  Absence
  Management
• 
  Time
  and Labour
• 
  Strong
  expertise in leading design and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM solutions
• 
  Ability
  to provide recommendations, options, and analysis for enterprise HCM
  systems

Technical & Analytical Skills

• 
  Strong
  problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• 
  Experience
  resolving integration and technical issues across multiple systems
• 
  Ability
  to design innovative architecture solutions and integration strategies
• 
  Experience
  working on long-term, multi-year enterprise architecture initiatives

Must-Have

• 
  Experience
  leading technical teams through the full project lifecycle (analysis,
  design, implementation)
• 
  Hands-on
  experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades
• 
  Knowledge
  of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces)
