To continue making Madboxers shine, the team is looking for a Senior People & Talent Partner for our studio in Barcelona.
Reporting directly to the HR Director in Paris, you run recruitment across the studios - with a natural focus on Barcelona - and you are the person the Barcelona team turns to on anything people-related. You'll work hand in hand with the Senior People & Talent Partner in Paris and the Junior HR Generalist, across both studios.

This is a People & Talent role in both senses: recruitment comes first in terms of time, but the people side runs through everything. We're looking for strong recruiting skills and someone who genuinely shares those values.
Hiring volume varies from year to year, but the standard doesn't: we look for people who recognize themselves in those values and in what drives us all - making millions of players smile.
Run full-cycle recruitment across the studios, partnering with hiring managers from intake to offer (roles shared across the team by priority/location)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline, grounded in market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and real knowledge of the games/tech industry
Own and improve ATS workflows, candidate experience, and recruiting metrics
Represent Madbox externally: schools, universities, hiring and campus events
Be the go-to HR partner in Barcelona: approachable, trusted, and hands-on with day-to-day topics, with the backing of the wider HR team
Coach and support managers on recruitment best practices and day-to-day HR policies and tools
Shape studio life in Barcelona through local events and rituals that make it a place people want to be
Contribute to HR team initiatives on engagement, well-being, and inclusion
Manage HR operations for Barcelona and the Spanish entity: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and records
Automate manual steps in recruitment and HR workflows, and contribute to the AI-powered tools the HR team builds
You have solid full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in tech or gaming
You've worked on HR topics beyond recruitment, and you enjoy that side of the job as much as the hiring side
You're comfortable being the only HR person in the studio: autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize your workload
You're approachable, people trust you, and you know when to raise something
Familiarity with Spanish labour law and local HR practices
You're fluent in Spanish and English
You use AI tools daily, and you're curious about enhancing workflow and processes
You care about the games and the players, and you want the people you hire to feel the same
