- Supporting franchise bids, contract tenders, mobilisations and business growth opportunities through workforce planning and people risk assessment.
- Ensuring organisational readiness for changes in employment legislation and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Using workforce data and insights to identify trends, manage risk and support strategic decision-making.

- A proven track record of leading organisational change, restructures, workforce transformation and business integration activities.
- The ability to influence, coach and challenge senior leaders and executive stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to balance operational performance, employee experience and business risk.
- Experience using workforce analytics and people data to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 7 qualified and Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent experience). Additional qualifications in employment law, industrial relations or mediation would be advantageous.
- Experience within transport, logistics, manufacturing, utilities or another operationally intensive and regulated environment would be beneficial.
