Strong experience in a People Partnering role
Exceptional knowledge of Indian employment legislation and practices
Experience working with UK-based organisations and HRIS platforms
Proven track record in implementing change programmes
Commercially focused and pragmatic with excellent stakeholder management skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities
Data-driven and curious, with a continuous improvement mindset
Professional, discreet, and resilient under pressure
Willingness to travel between UK and India locations as needed
Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives
Drive employee satisfaction and performance through targeted initiatives
Build leadership capability and support team development
Act as the primary People contact for designated business areas
Provide legally sound, pragmatic advice and manage risk effectively
Mentor and support other People Partners, acting as an escalation point
Collaborate with People Services and Talent teams to ensure seamless delivery
Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
Champion elements of the People Plan, such as leadership development
Lead improvement initiatives and manage delivery plans and communications
