Join our Team as a Senior People Partner - Operations
Location: Gurgaon (5 days on-site)
Hours: UK Shift
About the role:

Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for driving performance through exceptional employee experiences? As a Senior People Partner, you’ll play a leading role in shaping and delivering our Company-wide People Plan while partnering with managers across the business to enable high performance. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change leader, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support. What makes you a great fit:
  • Strong experience in a People Partnering role

  • Exceptional knowledge of Indian employment legislation and practices

  • Experience working with UK-based organisations and HRIS platforms

  • Proven track record in implementing change programmes

  • Commercially focused and pragmatic with excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities

  • Data-driven and curious, with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Professional, discreet, and resilient under pressure

  • Willingness to travel between UK and India locations as needed

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives

  • Drive employee satisfaction and performance through targeted initiatives

  • Build leadership capability and support team development

  • Act as the primary People contact for designated business areas

  • Provide legally sound, pragmatic advice and manage risk effectively

  • Mentor and support other People Partners, acting as an escalation point

  • Collaborate with People Services and Talent teams to ensure seamless delivery

  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact

  • Champion elements of the People Plan, such as leadership development

  • Lead improvement initiatives and manage delivery plans and communications
