As A Senior People Partner, you will sit at the centre of this shift, acting as a trusted strategic partner to executive leaders.

What’s the role?
As a Senior People Partner, you will operate as a strategic advisor and trusted counsel, partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that enable business performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
You’ll work closely with Heads of People, People Partners, Centres of Expertise and shared services to deliver integrated outcomes across workforce planning, organisational design and change.
