Reporting line: Head of People - Benelux
Your responsibilities
Employee Journey: You’ll be the first point of contact for our talent on all administrative HR matters, providing empathetic support from their first contract through to offboarding.
Data Integrity: You’ll ensure that our people data is always up to date and accurate.
Payroll Support: With your eye for detail, you’ll prepare the monthly payroll for all Benelux entities and keep a close contact with our external payroll providers
Process Excellence: You don’t settle for the status quo—you actively seek out smart HR tools and optimize our internal workflows.
Benefits/Pension Management: You’ll be responsible for administering our benefits and, through occasional optimizations, ensure that everything always stays up to date. You manage our external pension providers.
Visionary Onboarding: You’ll actively help shape our onboarding process so that new team members feel part of our mission from day one.
HR Controlling: In partnership with Finance, you support with headcount and people cost controlling
Event Management: From exciting training sessions to team events—you’ll plan, invite participants, and create the right atmosphere for our HR events.
The Ideal Candidate
HR Enthusiast: You have a degree or comparable qualification and bring a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the administrative HR or Finance field in a mid sized organization.
Figures & Rules: You have a very good hand for (preparatory) payroll processing and are well-versed in Dutch pension and labor law.
Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in using Workday and Google Workspace.
Communication Pro: Whether in Dutch or English—you communicate clearly and respectfully, striking the right tone.
Trust & Integrity: For you, discretion isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the foundation of a trusting working relationship.
Precision Mindset: You work in a structured and precise manner without losing sight of the big picture or our commitment to service.
