Job Title: Senior People Operations Partner

Reports To: People Operations Director

Travel: 5%-15%

The Senior People Operations Partner partners with farm and regional leadership to design, implement, and optimize People Operations strategies that drive business results and employee engagement. This role acts as a strategic consultant and coach to farm managers and supervisors.

Essential Job Functions

• Serve as the primary People Operations partner for farm management teams, advising on organizational planning and talent strategy.
• Lead or co-lead farm-level People Operations initiatives (leadership development, succession planning, engagement surveys).
• Manage complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
• Analyze farm and regional People Ops metrics, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
• Guide managers through organizational changes, restructuring, and workforce planning.
• Provide leadership coaching and conflict resolution guidance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agricultural labor laws.
• Mentor People Operations Consultants and Advisors to build People Ops capability.
• Act as a change leader embedding People Ops programs into farm operations.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study (or equivalent experience)

4+ years of HR experience with senior advisory or consulting responsibilities

Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change.

Advanced employee relations experience.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Experience in agriculture or food production preferred.

Regional travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based in a climate-controlled environment, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods. Occasional visits to various company operations may be required, exposing the role to different temperatures and agricultural production environments. The role involves frequent interaction with employees at all levels and requires adaptability to handle various HR situations. Some flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate company events or urgent HR matters. This position offers opportunities for growth within the HR function and the chance to impact employee experience and organizational culture.
