We are looking for a Senior People Insights & AI Enablement Specialist to join our evolving Global People Solutions & Technology (GPST) organization and help shape the next generation of digitally enabled HR at ROCKWOOL.

Your future team
You will become part ofand afounding memberof theGlobal People Solutions & Technology (GPST)team— a forward-looking global function focused on transforming how HR operates through technology, data, governance, automation, and scalable ways of workingwith the rest of the ROCKWOOL organisation
The team works across HR, Digital/IT, and business stakeholders totransformpeople processes and enable better decision-making through insights and digital innovation.As part of this transformation-focused team, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions, working at the intersection of HR, Digital/IT, and business strategy to modernize our people processes and empower leaders withcutting-edgeinsights.

What you will be doing
As our Senior People Insights & AI Enablement Specialist, you will be a catalyst for change, turning workforce data and digital potential into tangible business value.
Yourmissionwill include:
Driving people analytics and workforce insights initiatives that support strategic decision-making and organizational planning
Developing scalable dashboards, reporting capabilities, and workforce data visualizations that improve transparency and enable data-driven decision-making
Identifyingopportunities to improve HR operations through automation, AI-supported capabilities, and scalable digital solutions
Supporting the adoption of new digital and AI-supported ways of working while promoting responsible and effective usage practices
Translating business challenges into practical analytics, automation, and technology solutions
Collaborating closely with HR, DIGI/IT, Workday, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and scalability
Supporting HR data governance, data quality initiatives, and global standards for workforce information
Contributing to the modernization of HR operations through scalable digital tools and continuous improvement initiatives
Helpingestablishefficient and globally aligned ways of working across people processes and technology platforms
What you bring:

To succeed in this role, youlikely bring
7+ years of experience within HR technology, people analytics&workforce insights, or digital HR transformation
Strong analytical and digital capabilities, including experience with HR data structures and master data principles (preferably within Workday), reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, and translating business needs into practical analytics, automation, reporting, or process improvement solutions.
A genuine passion for AI-enabled ways of working and a strong motivation to explore and apply emerging AI capabilities in an HR context. Knowledge of Python, automation, or broader data science methodologiesis considered anadvantage.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage both technical and non-technical audienceswhile bridging business, technology, and operational perspectives
A solid understanding of HR operations, governance, and what it takes to build scalable and globally consistent processes and data foundations.
A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with the curiosity and ambition to help shape the future of digital HR at ROCKWOOL
