How you will contribute

OperationalExcellence & ServiceDelivery

  • Overseeday-to-dayHR service operations,ensuringaccurate,timely, andcompliantdeliveryof HRcases

  • Driveprocessexcellence —strandedworkelimination,automations,self-serviceadoption, andcontinuousimprovement

  • Manageplantqueues, SLA adherence, and dataaccuracyacrossthe team

  • Actas first point ofcontactforescalations; supportimplementationof PeopleServicesprojectsandlocalinitiatives

  • EnsurefullcompliancewithSlovaklaborlegislationand theLabourCode;manageaudit performanceforPE in Slovakia

StrategicPeople Support

  • Actas atrustedadvisor tolocalleaderson talentplanning,engagement, andorganizationaldevelopment,includingemployee relationsownership(disciplinary, sensitivecases,compliance,etc)

  • Use peopleinsightsandanalyticsto support businessdecisionsand stakeholder management

  • Supportregionaltransformationinitiativesandchampioncontinuousimprovementculture

Team Leadership

  • Lead,develop, andmotivateasmallteam of PEadvisors

  • Drive performance management —empowerthe team, lead byexample,recognizehighperformance, andresolveconflicts

What you will bring

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years leading a small team, HR experience in a multinational corporation with matrixed structures preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Slovak labor legislation and the Labor Code

  • University degree in Law, HR, Business, or a related field

  • Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Fluent Slovak and English (written and spoken)

  • Experience with HR shared services, self-service implementation, or continuous improvement (e.g., IL6S, Lean) is an advantage
