Why this role matters
As part of the Human Resources team, you will ensure the smooth delivery of all operational Human Resources activities across the affiliate while contributing to a positive employee experience and full compliance with Romanian labour legislation.
Your mission:deliver accurate, reliable and people-oriented HR operations by working closely with the HR Director, managers, employees and external HR partners to support the entire employee lifecycle.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
Drive and enhancetheoverallemployeeexperience, from recruitment and onboarding to contractual changes and offboarding.
Monitorpeople data and HR metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
Coordinate HR administration, personnel documentation and employment records while ensuring full compliance with Romanian labour legislation.
Coordinate monthly payrollactivities with the external payroll provider and administer employee absences, leave and HR documentation.
Act as the primary HR contactfor employees, providing day-to-day support and guidance on HR administrative matters and labour law.
Coordinate employee benefits, occupational health activities and Health & Safety administrative processes.
Administer Workdayand other HR systems while contributing to HR digitalization, process improvements and AI initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate HR data and support internal and Group reporting requirements.
Coordinate relationships with external HR service providers, including payroll, occupational health, recruitment agencies and benefits providers.
Create meaningful employee experiencesthat foster a strong organizational culture and a high-performance environment,by ensuring efficient, accurate and high-quality HR operations across the affiliate.
Act as a champion for people advocacy, ensuringemployees’voices are heard and addressed appropriately, while managing sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
What you bring
A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
Solid experience in a generalist Human Resources role, ideallywithin an international and/or regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of Romanian Labour Law and hands-on experience managing the employee lifecycle and HR administration.
Experience coordinating payroll activities andorworking with external HR service providers.
Experience using HR information systems (Workday is a strong advantage) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel(advanced level)
Professional communication skills in both Romanian and English.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and autonomy.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality HR services.
Ability to prioritize, structure, and move work forward with sound judgment.
A working style that balances autonomy, high standards, and collaboration.
A genuine interest in how AI can be applied in business, with a responsible mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and performance.
