Senior People & Culture Manager – Paris & Casablanca

We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Manager to lead our People & Culture team for Paris and Casablanca and contribute to the broader EMEAPAC region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR leader to work in a strategic and collaborative role within a truly international environment.

As the Senior People & Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Partners and Business Services teams. You’ll lead a team of HR professionals, helping to deliver our People & Culture strategy while partnering closely with our regional and global Centres of Excellence (including Talent, Resourcing, Reward, Employee Relations, L&D and more).

You will report to the Head of People & Culture – Europe and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer for Paris & Casablanca to help shape the people agenda for the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, offering pragmatic, commercial and people-focused advice.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing P&C team in Paris.
  • Supporting change, engagement and performance initiatives across the region.
  • Partnering with Centres of Excellence to deliver on key priorities (e.g. Talent, Reward, DE&I).
  • Managing employee relations in line with firm-wide standards and local employment legislation.
  • Driving talent, recruitment and retention strategies in collaboration with our Resourcing teams.
  • Leading the annual performance review and compensation cycles.
  • Promoting and advancing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda.
  • Delivering key projects that align with the EMEAPAC People & Culture strategy.
  • Implementing local HR policies, ensuring they reflect best practice and global alignment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant HR leadership experience within a professional services or complex international environment.
  • A confident business partner who is able to influence senior stakeholders and coach leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop HR teams, driving a high-performance culture.
  • Strong knowledge of Paris employment law and HR and payroll practices.
  • A collaborative and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to thrive in a matrixed, global organisation.
  • Experience in leading Works Councils
  • Fluent in both French and English.
