About the Role
Reporting to the P&C Business Partnering Lead, this role is responsible for providing subject matter expertise to stakeholders on a variety of functions related to the employment lifecycle. The role has a strong focus on case management, responsible for providing expert and up to date advice on: industrial relations, employee relations, performance management, employment contracts and analytics to inform strategic decision making. Developing sound policies, procedures, solutions and interventions, is also key to the success of this position
