We’re looking for a Senior People and Culture Advisor to help our people leaders create positive workplace experiences, drive organisational outcomes, and support the wellbeing of our blended workforce.
Reporting to the People & Culture Advisory Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to managers across TSA. You will be instrumental in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture by offering expert guidance and contributing to initiatives that enhance and support our blended workforce initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
P&C Advice & Support Provide expert advice and first-line support to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and blended workforce matters.
Workforce Support and Reporting: Maintain accurate workforce data and reporting to support planning and compliance, while assisting with position descriptions, classifications, and remuneration processes.
Projects and Organisational Development: Support blended workforce projects, training initiatives, and organisational change activities in collaboration with P&C Partners.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will be proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth operation of P&C functions, you will thrive working in a team environment and open to growing your people and culture knowledge.
Key Capabilities:
A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
Generalist HR experience and working knowledge of employment legislation, awards and HR policy frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policy, procedures and industrial instruments.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville. In 2016–17, more than 85,654 children attended our Emergency Department, 322,291 specialist clinic appointments were held which was almost 70,000 more than the previous year, more than 17,000 surgeries were performed and more than 48,552 children were admitted to our wards.
