Mercer is seeking a Senior Client Servicing Pensions Administrator to join our expert team in Cork or Dublin, delivering outstanding service to some of our most high-profile clients.
What can you expect:
As a senior member of the pensions administration team, you will be the primary contact for clients with complex defined benefit (DB) schemes. This role offers responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact by delivering timely, accurate administration and pragmatic guidance. You will combine deep technical DB expertise with strong client relationship skills, consistently meet SLAs and regulatory deadlines, mentor and develop junior colleagues, contribute to governance and process improvements, and lead or support ad-hoc projects.
