• Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCB designs, including 1 ph and 3 ph UPS testing and board-level servicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PCBs into larger systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into our PCB design processes.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of PCB designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex PCB-related issues, providing timely solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the PCB team, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, contributing to the successful delivery of projects within deadlines.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and establishing valuable connections.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB design and development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Expertise in handling 1 ph and 3 ph UPS testing and commissioning, as well as board-level servicing.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of engineers.
• Proficiency in PCB design software and tools, such as Altium Designer or similar industry-standard applications.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and circuit design.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to PCB design and manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
