In this role, you'll:
Bring your experience in People and Culture Business Partnering to support the Engineering and Maintenance Branch across the rail network.
Provide trusted, practical and strategic people advice to senior leaders, ensuring People & Culture initiatives are aligned to business plans and organisational objectives.
Lead and manage complex case management, supporting leaders through sensitive and high-risk people matters with sound judgement and consistency.
Partner constructively with leaders to build a highly engaged and productive workforce through effective workforce planning, leadership and capability development, and appropriate workforce behaviour and management standards.
Engage with unions as required, working collaboratively within an established framework and with support from senior People & Culture leadership.

You are a seasoned and collaborative People & Culture professional with strong experience operating in fast-paced, operational blue- and white-collar environments.
