Senior Payroll Specialist - Greater ChinaThe Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll administration, maintaining payroll-related systems and procedures. This role also contributes to process improvement initiatives and collaborates closely with APAC Total Rewards and Payroll Operations Leader to ensure smooth operations of Greater China(China Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong)
The following are required for the role
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Requires 5+ years’ Payroll Operations related experience.
• Requires advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to use pivot tables, write advanced formulas, and use Excel as a modeling tool.
• Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on problem solving.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
• With strong oral and written communication skills in English and local language
