We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting our organization. Bring your technical expertise, sound judgment, and a people-first approach to our Canadian payroll operations. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll, navigating complex payroll questions, and supporting reliable financial reporting.
Your impact will extend across the full payroll cycle, Including: bi-weekly processing and employee inquiries to reconciliations, year-end reporting, and audit support. As a trusted resource for employees and managers, you’ll make payroll information clear and accessible while handling sensitive information with care.
You’ll also help shape how we work by identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, simplify workflows, and iterating on how we use our HRIS and ERP. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making payroll processes more efficient and dependable.
The salary range for this role is between $95 000 and $105 000 [CAD]. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only. Additional incentives, perks, and benefits may be available as part of Fullscript’s total rewards package.
Final base salary depends on experience, skills, and location. We review pay regularly to stay aligned with market data and internal equity. Benefits and total rewards may vary by region.
