Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Payroll Business Analyst on a contract basis for our HR Transformation implementation program.
This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada
Step into a high-impact role supporting an Oracle HCM implementation, where you’ll help drive payroll testing and system readiness from configuration through to deployment. You will work through ambiguous challenges, navigate multiple payroll areas, and contribute to practical solutions that improve how work gets done. With exciting variety across entities, you’ll play a key role in shaping and strengthening payroll processes. You will report to the Senior Manager, Payroll Services and will work closely with the program team and our in-house payroll team. This group is collaborative, curious, and focused on continuous improvement.
