In this dynamic environment, we are now looking for a high caliberSenior PayrollManaged ServicesAssociatefor our team in Athens.

Make a real impact

• Administrate through processing and/or review full year payroll calculation cycle and prepare monthly payroll reportsfor clients

• Prepare andsubmit social security and payroll tax filings (e.g.APD, FMY)

• Advise clients onHRand payroll compliance requirements

• Calculate compensation packages for employees

• Ensure calculations and data are in full compliance with laws and payroll/HR standards

• Handle the communication with the public authorities (e.g.social security, tax authorities)

• Provide support to other members of the team asrequired

• Coordinate project teams, motivate others and build team spirit

• Participate in internal committees toassistenhancement of operational model

What you bring matters

• Three (3) to six (6) yearsof pr ofessionalworking experiencein payroll

• Previousexperience in a consultingfirm/client-facingpositionwill be considered an asset.

• Experience of working on multiple payrolls will be highly regarded

• Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign university

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear,conciseand professional manner (both in English and Greek).

• Adequate comfort with the use of excel will be highly regarded

• Extensive knowledge of “ERGANI” Information System

• Experience with HRMS systems

• High-level knowledge of labour and social security law

• A high levelof discretion and confidentiality witha strong senseof responsibility

• Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Willingness for continuous learning and development
