Job Description

As a Sr. Payroll Analyst,you willbe responsible forthetimelyandaccurateresolution of complex Payroll issuesimpactingRestaurant team members.The positionis responsible forrunning pay calculations, completing retroactive calculations,andreviewing and approvingfinal documentation required to be saved for internal/external audit and backup.This role will also coordinate team training and provide support tothePayroll Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, process, and generate Restaurant payroll via Workday

• Audit, review, and reconcileRestaurantpayrolls on a weekly basis

• Review supporting documentationbackup for weekly audit reportsdistributed to PayrollCoordinators

• Assistsin Training(virtual and in-person)and Development of PayrollTeam Membersand New Hires

• Responsible forteam-building activitiesandtraining

• Document andmaintainbest practices, including DLP’s for payroll processing and implement new procedures as needed

• Maintaina high levelof customer service throughtimelyresolutionofescalated issues

• Import Time and Bonus files

• Complete Retroactive payments and audit differences

• Assistwith research and resolutionofcomplexpayrollrelated matters

• Maintaina high levelof confidentiality for all payroll-related items

• SupportthePayroll Manager by handling escalations and internal/external audits

• Completes ad hocprojects and other duties as assignedby payroll leadership

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diplomarequired

• Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related fieldpreferred

• FCP or CPP preferred but notrequired

• 3 –5yearsofpayroll processing experiencerequired

• Experience with Workdayor comparable softwarerequired

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

• Strongcomputerskills

• IntermediateMicrosoftExcel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal, oral,and written communication skills

• Must have the ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, under pressure, and meetcriticaldeadlines

• Ability to work in a highly structured team environment

• Ability tomaintainstrict adherence to outlined procedures

• Ability to have a flexible work schedule due to work volume fluctuations
