Main Duties - Payroll:
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with providers inside and outside the EU
- Collect and validate payroll inputs, including hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, benefits, and leaves
- Review payroll outputs for accuracy before approval
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Support payroll audits and compliance activities
- Maintain payroll calendars to ensure all deadlines are met
- Coordinate statutory reporting and payroll documentation
- Support the administration of employee benefits, pensions, healthcare, and rewards
- Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and timely
- Maintain payroll records in compliance with GDPR and local privacy regulations
- Assist with payroll process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Main Duties - HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organisational charts, employee databases, and HR trackers
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
- Support the preparation of HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics
- Provide administrative support to the broader HR function as required
What skills do you need:
- Minimum of A'level education or similar
- 2 years of experience in payroll admin and/or HR administration at international level
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers is highly desirable
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
