Job Description

Mount Laurel Church (Boswell, PA) – Senior Pastor

The Big Picture

Mount Laurel Church is a welcoming Christian congregation in the Laurel Highlands of southwestern Pennsylvania seeking a full-time Senior Pastor who feels called to lead, teach, shepherd, and help the church grow into its next season of ministry. The congregation values both the traditions that have shaped the church and the need to reach new people, younger families, and future generations – they are looking for a pastor who can honor their history while helping them move confidently into the future. More than filling a position, Mount Laurel Church is seeking someone who feels called to build a life and ministry with them, and they welcome conversations with experienced pastors as well as gifted individuals entering a new season of ministry.
