Crop Shop Boutique (CSB) is a fast-growing Australian e-commerce brand redefining athleisure since its launch in 2019 by Rachel Dillon. With a mission to empower women worldwide, CSB blends style, function, and confidence in every piece we create. Our team thrives on relentlessly raising the bar, being perfectly practical, and being unapologetically fearless.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role will own the strategic management and evolution of CSB’s P3 partner portfolio, with a focus on building and managing high value partner relationships, gifting strategy, increasing content output and ensuring P3 becomes a more intentional driver of brand visibility, community growth and cultural relevance.

This role will be responsible for the management and identifying new high-potential creators across priority markets, cultural moments and community-led opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organised, relationship-led and commercially aware, with strong instincts for creator alignment, brand fit and social relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of CSB’s P3 partner portfolio, ensuring partners receive a best-in-class experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, agents and key industry contacts.
  • Review the existing P3 partner base and support recommendations on partners to retain, nurture, reactivate or exit.
  • Assist in leveraging data and insights to identify new partnership opportunities that enhance brand engagement and revenue growth.
  • Ensure all partner communications are timely, premium and aligned to CSB’s brand tone.
  • Maintain clear visibility of partner status, gifting history, content delivery, performance and relationship notes.
  • Develop and execute a proactive P3 gifting strategy aligned to CSB’s wider Partnerships strategy.
  • Identify high-value creators across fashion, activewear, wellness, lifestyle, sport, culture and community.
  • Build gifting lists around key launches, travel moments, cultural events and market priorities.
  • Partner with Merch, Retail and Brand teams to forecast gifting volumes and ensure gifting plans are operationally achievable.
  • Collaborate with the wider Partnerships team to create a strong pathway from P3 gifting into paid campaigns, creator programme participation or long-term ambassador relationships.
  • Coordinate creator communications, product selections, gifting logistics, briefing notes and content follow-up.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, Merch and Retail to maximise the impact of P3 activity.
  • Ensure partners are briefed clearly and activated in a way that feels premium, organic and aligned to CSB’s positioning.
  • Monitor P3 performance including content output, engagement, partner responsiveness, brand alignment and commercial contribution where relevant.
  • Maintain accurate reporting across partner outreach, gifting, content delivery and performance.
  • Share regular insights and recommendations to optimise the P3 portfolio and gifting investment.
