About the Role

We are looking for aSeniorOperationsSpecialistto join our teamtosupport ourevolving Partner ProgramYou’lldo thisbydriving Partner delight through best-in-class Partneroperations and experiences. The focus of this roleismainly tomanagethereportingneeds,processesand practices toensure efficient operationsand tosupport Partner engagement across the organization.

We are looking for an individualwith a passion for innovation and experience drivingefficiency and process adoption across internal and external stakeholdersTheOperationsSpecialistrole will be a pioneer in Blackbaud’s pursuit to be partner-obsessed and platform-focusedThis highly motivated individual will bring a disciplined approach toour operationswhileconsidering available resources, and Partner and stakeholder experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute andoptimizeprocessesrelated to Blackbaud PartnerOperations

• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

• Develop andoptimizereporting to support programneeds

• Examine financial data and useinsightsto improveefficiency

• Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs

• Identifyand recommendways tooptimizeprocesses relating toPartneroperations– including using AI/agents to accelerate productivity and outcomes

• Hold regular cross functional calls to report on and drive progress on all project deliverables and programs

• Assistwith related special projects and other duties as needed
  

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of technology operations experience

• Proficient and advanced Excelexperience

• Proficient and advancedSalesforceknowledge and reporting

• Fundamental AI literacy

• Entrepreneurial mind set, self-starter style and ability to drive outcomes

• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment – willingness to work virtually

• Strong communication, criticalthinkingand interpersonal skills.

• Ability toidentifyand resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability toestablishand build close working relationships.
