Your role at a glance:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Belron Canada, you will play a key strategic role in supporting the organization’s growth and performance. Working closely with a highly engaged People & Culture team recognized for its expertise, you will provide strategic guidance to leaders and actively contribute to fostering a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

As a trusted recruitment advisor, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and for executing talent attraction strategies for retail, distribution, and supply chain roles, either nationally or within your assigned regions. You will also play a critical role in enhancing the candidate experience and advising leaders on best practices in hiring.

What will you be doing:

  • Advise, influence, and partner with hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices, including high-volume and hourly recruitment.

  • Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to candidate offer acceptance.

  • Proactively source and attract talent aligned with Belron Canada’s culture and values for leadership and customer-facing roles across Canada.

  • Collaborate with business teams to anticipate workforce needs and develop targeted, results-driven recruitment strategies.

  • Act as an employer brand ambassador by representing Belron Canada at events, job fairs, and community initiatives.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, hard-to-fill positions or for markets with recruitment challenges.

  • Leverage data, analytics, and artificial intelligence tools to inform recruitment strategies and support strategic discussions with stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and participate in various cross-functional HR projects.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within retail and/or high-volume recruitment environments.

  • Proven experience developing and executing recruitment strategies in both urban and rural settings, with strong knowledge of the Québec labour market.

  • Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, SmartRecruiters, or Taleo, as well as strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and AI tools.

  • Demonstrated experience using sourcing tools and job platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills with managers and senior leaders.

  • Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written) to support recruitment activities and collaboration across Canada.

  • Experience and knowledge in social media and artificial intelligence–enabled recruitment strategies (an asset).

Where do I work:

  • This position is offered in a hybrid work model, with an expected presence at the Montreal, QC office at least two days per week.

  • Occasional local business travel may be required.
