Location: Brockworth

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30

As a Senior Partner Support Advisor, you’ll be the go‑to expert for our partners, providing exceptional support, resolving complex queries, and ensuring every interaction strengthens our relationships. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, collaborating across teams, and helping shape best‑practice processes that elevate the partner experience.   • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems, with Excel skills as an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responds promptly to partner and customer queries, ensuring clear communication and timely resolutions.

  • Supports onboarding and training for new partners and internal team members to build capability and confidence.

  • Develops and shares operational best practices that enhance the partner experience.

  • Provides hands‑on support for new product lines, offering guidance and practical knowledge.

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes to creating more efficient workflows.

  • Collaborates with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to resolve partner challenges and improve internal processes.

  • Maintains accurate records of service activations and customer journeys to ensure data integrity.

  • Documents partner interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately within internal systems.
