
The Senior Partner Manager is responsible for owning Maltego’s partner operations lifecycle, ensuring partner data is accurate, timely, and decision-ready at scale. This role manages Maltego’s portfolio of technology, data, and service partners and works closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Legal, and Leadership. A core focus of the role is using automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort, minimise operational risk, and create consistent partner insights as the partner ecosystem grows. Success in this role is measured by faster partner onboarding, high data quality, reduced operational overhead, and clear executive-level visibility into partner health and value.
Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from intake and onboarding through ongoing performance monitoring and renewals.
Lead operational relationships with partners, including regular business reviews focused on usage, performance, and delivery risk.
Drive AI-assisted and automated partner intake workflows to reduce manual coordination, document handling, and status tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure partner capabilities, data usage, and costs are clearly understood and acted on.
Own dashboards and reporting that provide near real-time visibility into partner usage, spend, and operational health.
De-risk decision-making by implementing data validation checks and automated controls before partner data reaches executive reporting.
Synthesize partner usage patterns and cost trends into concise insights that inform renewals, optimizations, or exits.
Forecast partner spend and utilization based on historical data and forward-looking usage signals.
Influence partner prioritization and investment decisions through data-backed analysis rather than escalation or authority.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in partner management, vendor operations, or business operations.
Proven ability to lead operational initiatives and manage ambiguous problem spaces across multiple stakeholders.
Strong experience building and maintaining BI dashboards used by non-technical and executive audiences.
Comfortable working with data analysis and validation, including SQL or spreadsheet-based workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools to reduce repetitive operational work.
Exposure to AI or LLM-based tools used for document handling, data enrichment, or workflow automation.
Clear, structured communication skills, including the ability to present operational insights to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong internal and external partnerships.
