What you will do

  • Lead retained searches at Board and C-suite level.
  • Build and grow your client portfolio with deep, long-term partnerships.
  • Raise our market profile through thought leadership, events, and relationships.
  • Collaborate across La Fosse to unlock new opportunities and client value.
  • Play a key role in shaping the long-term success of La Fosse Executive.

  • Credibility with C-suite and Board-level clients.
