We are looking for a Senior Partner Executive to join our growing Commercial department at our state-of-the-art campus in Silverstone.
As a Senior Partner Executive, you will be supporting in the successful delivery and evolution of our global partnership programmes. Acting as a key link between the team and its partners, you will ensure contractual rights are executed to the highest standard, activations deliver measurable value, and relationships continue to grow in line with our shared ambitions, contributing directly to the team’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Partner Managers and Partnership Leads in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key global partners.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of selected partner accounts, acting as a key point of contact to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Deliver contractual rights and execute best-in-class partnership activations across multiple channels.
  • Manage and develop supplier relationships, ensuring high standards of delivery and collaboration.
  • Coordinate partnership programmes end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, Digital, Content, and Trackside teams to integrate partner activity.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop high-quality marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines and team values.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting, including regular updates and reviews to demonstrate ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships, supporting renewals and upsell strategies.
  • Support the delivery of partner events and experiences, including race weekends and international activations when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in a partner-facing or client services role within a fast-paced commercial or sports environment.
  • Strong understanding of partnership marketing, brand activation, and client servicing principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Commercially astute, with a focus on delivering measurable value and results.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible, adaptable approach in a high-performance environment.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
