Dream Big. Go Beyond. Be Unstoppable.

About Us

Kyriba is a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, risk management and working capital solutions. We serve 3,000+ customers worldwide, managing $15 trillion in payments annually and helping businesses optimize liquidity performance across the enterprise.

We're on a mission to become the most sought-after cloud technology company globally. We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem-solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible-you'll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business.

About The Role:

The Senior Partner Enablement Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, building, and delivering Kyriba's global partner Sales and Pre-Sales Enablement Program. This role owns the end-to-end enablement journey for all partner types — from ISVs and Technology Partners to Resellers and Global System Integrators — ensuring every partner has the knowledge, tools, and certifications needed to successfully identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Kyriba's Liquidity Performance platform.

The Partner Enablement Manager is the primary architect and steward of Kyriba's tiered partner training framework including Pre-Sales and is accountable for the quality, delivery, and continuous evolution of all partner-facing training content and programming.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage the full Kyriba Partner Sales & PreSales Enablement Program, including Referral Bootcamp, Intermediate Sales Training, Full Sales Onboarding and PreSales Enablement tracks.

  • Design, develop, and continuously update training curricula and learning materials for all partner enablement tracks, ensuring content reflects Kyriba's latest positioning, product capabilities, competitive intelligence, and sales methodology.

  • Deliver live virtual instructor-led training (ILT) sessions across all regions and time zones on a regular cadence.

  • Develop and maintain self-paced eLearning modules and on-demand content in coordination with the LMS platform and partner portal, targeting Q3 2026 launch and beyond.

  • Build and manage Sales/Presales partner certification and assessment programs, including exams, sales pitch evaluations, and scoring rubrics for each training level.

  • Coordinate and deliver quarterly delta training sessions with the Kyriba Product team to keep partners updated.

  • Manage and curate the partner-facing content library in the Partner Portal.

  • Track and report on partner training completion, certification status, and tier progression requirements, ensuring partners maintain up-to-date certifications aligned to their program tier.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solution Consulting teams to align enablement content with go-to-market priorities and partner engagement models.

  • Facilitate partner-exclusive monthly webinars covering competitive updates, customer trends, and solution innovations.

  • Support the planning and execution of the annual Partner Summit, including training tracks, product roadmap sessions, and partner networking activities.

  • Manage class size, scheduling logistics, and registration for all live training events to ensure quality interaction and learning outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including the Partner Sales & PreSales Enablement Program guide.

  • Identify gaps in enablement content and proactively develop new materials in response to evolving partner needs, competitive landscape changes, or new product launches.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for partners.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel learning & development, or a closely related role within a SaaS or technology company.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs across multiple formats: live instructor-led, self-paced eLearning, virtual workshops, and on-demand content.

  • Strong content development skills — able to translate complex product and sales concepts into engaging, learner-friendly training materials for a variety of partner audiences.

  • Experience managing certification and assessment programs.

  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, LMS/LXP platforms, and partner portals (e.g., Impartner, Highspot, Seismic, Docebo, MindTickle, or similar).

  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, partner go-to-market motions (referral, resell, co-sell, GSI), and channel program structures.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse global audiences including sales professionals, solution consultants, and technical partners.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.

  • Experience in treasury management, fintech, or financial technology software is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for tracking partner certifications and deal-related metrics is preferred.
