This role plays a criticalpartin supporting and strengtheningthe distributionpartner relationships across markets by enabling end‑to‑end execution across the partner value chain.
The position enables partnerand teamsuccess through high‑quality data preparation, reporting, operational coordination, partner communications, and sales support.
The role works cross‑functionally to ensure partners and internal relationship teams are equipped with accurate information, clear materials, and consistent processes that support sales, retention, and growth. It also helps identify operational gaps, improve consistency across accounts, and translate partner and field feedback into practical improvements.
With a broad view across partners and processes, this role improves execution quality, elevates partner experience, and increases efficiency forour teams.
Key Job Responsibilities
Partner & Sales Support
Support designated distribution partners across markets by preparing and compiling program data, growth measures, and performance metrics.
Provide accurate reporting, dashboards, presentations, and data support for Relationship Managers and Sales teams.
Develop and maintain high‑quality, client‑facing materials that elevate partner and field conversations.
Support sales, retention, renewal, and growth activities through reliable preparation and execution support.
Partner Communications & Experience
Deliver clear, timely, and consistent partner communications in coordination with Relationship Managers and cross‑functional teams.
Ensure partner materials are accurate, professional, and aligned to enterprise standards.
Contribute to a strong, consistent partner experience through dependable follow‑through and communication across accounts.
Operational Execution & Consistency
Maintain organized, accurate, and high‑quality documentation across partners, programs, and initiatives.
Improve operational consistency across distribution partners by applying shared templates, tools, and processes.
Identify errors, inefficiencies, or gaps in partner materials and workflows and recommend practical improvements.
Support interim processes and operational workflows as needed to ensure continuity and execution quality.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
Maintain strong data hygiene and system accuracy to support reporting, insights, and partner performance tracking.
Reduce errors and rework by ensuring partner‑facing and internal materials are thoroughly reviewed and validated.
Enable faster preparation cycles and greater predictability through organized information management.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Analytics teams to support coordinated execution across the partner lifecycle.
Translate partner and field feedback into actionable inputs that improve tools, materials, and processes over time.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or related field or an equivalent trade-off of related professional work experience.
5-7 years of experience
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance products and services, with in-depth understanding of the new marketpartners, business, industry, and market preferred.
Experience with designing andexecuting onnew processes, artifacts, and templates.
Ability to quickly identify, making recommended fixes, build, and execute solutions with cross functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities, plan projects and maintain deadlines with strong organizational skills.
Ability to comprehend and follow complex processes, with aptitude for continuous adaptability and improvement.
Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, relationship building, problem-solving skills, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated strong skills for collaboration, teamwork, persuasion and influence where/when appropriate.
Ability and willingness to travel 10-15% of the time

Base Salary Range:
$83,100.00 - $124,700.00
