Your Role

You will be responsible for maximising the impact of Flybuys’ partner ecosystem, leading the integration of community, social, media and partner activations to create stronger member experiences and partner outcomes.

By connecting strategy, performance and execution, the role drives growth through optimised investment, seamless partner integration and high-impact engagement across every member touchpoint.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Lead Flybuys’ Partner & Community strategy across social, community, media, campaigns, events and partner activations.
• Drive partner integration and brand presence across owned, paid, digital and physical environments.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, developing capability and accountability.
• Optimise media investment, performance and MarTech through data-led decision making.
• Align activity with member strategy, insights and customer experience priorities.
• Partner across the business to deliver integrated, commercially impactful outcomes.
• Use insights and analytics to drive growth, engagement and value realisation.
• Provide strategic leadership on partner integration, community engagement and performance optimisation

• Expert in partner, loyalty, community and media marketing.
• Strong in member engagement, data, attribution and MarTech.
• Turns customer insights into commercial results.
• Skilled in strategy, planning and investment optimisation.
• Proven leader of high-performing teams.
• Drives data-led performance and growth.
• Influences and aligns complex stakeholder groups.
• Leads transformation, optimisation and capability uplift.
• 10+ years' experience in loyalty, media and customer marketing.
