The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work on-site several days per week and remotely within the state of Colorado.
This position primarily works on-site at the Denver Post Building (101 West Colfax Avenue, Denver) or other DPR facilities three days per week, with remote work on two days per week. On in-office days, site visits may be required.

The Planning, Design, and Construction Division is seeking a Senior Parks Facilities Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex design and construction projects across DPR’s facilities portfolio. This role manages projects from inception through completion and provides technical expertise on building-centered capital work.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
We are looking for an accomplished professional with a passion for parks, recreation, and open space projects that positively impact communities. Our ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of best practices for planning, design and construction, alongside demonstrated communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team under time-constrained and highly visible situations. We are looking for someone with good writing skills, particularly in scope of work documents and contracts, public communications, and correspondence. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic leader, a resourceful problem solver, a proactive decision-maker, and a collaborative team player.
