Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Senior Parish Real Estate Advisor to provide specialist property advisory and transaction support across a diverse portfolio of parish assets.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your property expertise in a purpose-driven environment, supporting parishes in making informed, sustainable property decisions aligned with governance requirements and community needs.

Working within the Property & Infrastructure team, you will deliver high-quality advice across leasing, acquisitions, disposals, development opportunities, and broader property strategy. You will manage end-to-end property transactions and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including parish representatives, internal teams, and external consultants.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience across property advisory, leasing, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Strong understanding of property legislation and transaction processes
  • Proven ability to review and interpret legal and commercial documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Experience working within governance-driven or institutional environments (highly regarded)
  • High attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
