As a Senior Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Marketing Function. You’ll review a wide spectrum of advertising and promotional materials, identify and escalate regulatory risks, and enable speed-to-market while maintaining compliance with FTC, FDA, and consumer protection regulations This position blends deep subject matter expertise with a business-oriented approach, operating under attorney supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where agility and precision are essential.

Provide supervised legal and business advice to cross-functional business partners regarding day-to-day marketing legal matters, including promotions and sponsorships, advertising claims, third-party intellectual property rights, digital and social media campaigns, influencer and content creator best practices, basic privacy guardrails (including the collection and use of identifiable consumer data), and emerging issues related to the use of AI in marketing.

Education
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-accredited program, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
