Job Description

The Coca-Cola Company’s vision is to refresh the world and make a difference—powered by partnerships that amplify our ability to engage consumers, accelerate innovation, and build shared opportunity globally. Our Global Strategic Partnerships legal team serves as a critical enabler of that mission, ensuring that our relationships with creative agencies, technology providers, entertainment and sports partners, and key commercial vendors are built on strong, compliant frameworks that balance agility with governance.

As a Senior Paralegal on this team, you’ll play an essential role in supporting complex commercial relationships that fuel our marketing, technology, and procurement strategies. You will bring both operational rigor and a forward-thinking mindset to transform how we manage contractual processes using automation, digital tools, and AI-assisted workflows. This role not only impacts business outcomes—it helps modernize how legal services contribute to efficiency, risk mitigation, and responsible growth across a networked, global ecosystem.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and embraces technology as a catalyst for smarter ways of working. If you are passionate about leveraging your legal expertise to enable strategic partnerships while embedding innovative practices into commercial transactions, this is your opportunity to join a globally connected network supporting one of the world’s most iconic brands.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Draft, review, and coordinate internal approval of complex commercial agreements relating to global strategic partnerships spanning creative, advertising, and media agencies; digital technology; marketing procurement; sports, entertainment, influencers, music, talent, sponsorships, and other marketing assets; software, SaaS, and enterprise IT; digital platforms; and other procurement and supply chain vendors and service providers.
  • Assist attorneys in negotiation preparation and strategy by analyzing contract requirements, identifying risks, and providing process support for key clauses and governance obligations.
  • Support human rights compliance initiatives across operations and value chains, collaborating with stakeholders to uphold the Company’s human rights commitments.
  • Contribute to the modernization of legal processes by adopting AI-assisted document review, predictive analytics, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Maintain strong governance practices through accurate integration of agreements in databases, CLM platforms, and document control systems aligned to internal standards.
  • Assist in establishing project management routines and best practices for communication and document management, project plans and progress tracking, timelines and adherence to deadlines, resource allocation, and status reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver training and practical guidance to internal stakeholders on recurrent contractual issues and technology-enabled tools, enabling self-service where appropriate.
  • Attend meetings and join cross-functional calls to provide legal operations support and ensure consistent communication across global teams.
  • Collaborate on the design of global network team practices for commercial transaction support and contribute to capability development initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a transactional paralegal supporting commercial contracts in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of contract drafting standards, negotiation processes, and risk evaluation for complex agreements involving diverse jurisdictions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Technologically adept with proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite, CLM platforms, legal research tools, and AI-powered systems for document analysis or workflow automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under minimum supervision, maintaining organizational precision under tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and maturity in handling sensitive business and legal matters.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for identifying efficiencies and elevating service delivery through modern tools.
  • Collaborative approach with the capability to influence and engage stakeholders across legal networks, corporate functions, and operational units.
  • Passion for transformation within legal operations and openness to continuous learning around emerging technologies impacting commercial contracting.

What We’ll Do for You

  • Provide opportunities to work with cutting-edge legal technologies, including AI and automation tools that shape the future of contract management.
  • Enable visibility into complex global partnerships and projects that influence marketing, technology, and procurement strategies across the enterprise.
  • Support collaboration with global legal networks and business leaders, offering diverse exposure and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
  • Create space for professional growth within a dynamic environment that values innovation and continuous improvement in legal processes.
