About the Role:

Our client, a prestigious international law firm renowned for its global reach and sophisticated legal services, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join its Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside top-tier legal professionals on high-profile cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lawyers in managing complex DCM transactions
• Draft and review transaction documents such as board resolutions, closing checklists, and certificates.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution of deals.
• Conduct legal research and assist in preparing client presentations and pitch materials.
• Maintain and organize transaction files and manage post-closing documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and stock exchanges for listing and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Law degree with a minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on Debt Capital Markets
• Prior experience working in international law firms is essential.
• Excellent understanding of capital markets instruments and transaction lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
