Job Title: Senior Paralegal Legal Department (IP & Licensing)
Headcount: 4 positions available
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Relocation support provided)
Salary: Up to AED 25,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience)
Notice Period: Up to 30 days
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Senior Paralegals to join our growing Legal Department in Bangkok. This is a unique opportunity for talented legal professionals to work in an international environment, supporting our Intellectual Property (IP) and Licensing units.
You will play a key role in safeguarding the companys assets, ensuring compliance, and assisting in the execution of licensing agreements. We welcome applications from candidates with strong legal expertise, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Vietnamese.
Intellectual Property (IP) Support
Manage trademark and copyright portfolios, including searches, applications, renewals, and office action responses.
Prepare and file documents for IP disputes, including oppositions and cancellations.
Support enforcement actions by gathering evidence, drafting cease-and-desist letters, and coordinating takedown notices.
Maintain accurate IP records and liaise with external counsel for international filings.
Licensing Support
Draft, review, and prepare standard licensing agreements and related documents.
Assist in negotiating and finalizing commercial contracts such as software and content licenses.
Track contract timelines, obligations, and renewals.
Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and archiving.
General Legal Support
Conduct legal research as required.
Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials.
Support communication with Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders.
Handle document formatting, proofreading, notarization, and legalization processes.
Native or fluent Vietnamese speaker.
Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
Bachelors degree in Law or Diploma in Paralegal Studies.
4 - 6 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Experience in IP and/or commercial contract licensing preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new legal software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
