Are you passionate about cloud security and privileged access management in complex enterprise environments? We are seeking an experienced PAM/CyberArk Cloud Security Consultant to support a strategic Information Risk Reduction Programme (ISRRP) PAM workstream within a leading Nordic banking environment. The role focuses on strengthening cloud privileged access management capabilities, identifying security gaps, and contributing to the design of secure and scalable identity solutions across multiple cloud platforms.
This assignment offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of security, risk, and cloud transformation in a highly regulated environment.
Support the Information Risk Reduction Programme (ISRRP) PAM workstream
Assess current cloud privilege management capabilities and identify gaps
Define and document cloud privilege management requirements
Support the development of PAM capabilities across cloud environments
Evaluate security solutions and recommend future-state approaches
Perform gap analyses and document findings and recommendations
Compare PAM tools and contribute to solution selection activities
Collaborate with risk, security, architecture, and technical stakeholders
Support change initiatives and security improvement programs
Produce technical documentation, assessments, and implementation recommendations
Proven experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls and requirements
Experience managing cloud privileges through centralized governance models
Hands-on experience across multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Entra
Experience within risk management and security governance
Experience working in change management initiatives
Strong understanding of Identity Security and PAM best practices in cloud and on-prem environments
Knowledge of security principles such as Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Zero Trust
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or DevOps environments
Understanding of IT processes and SDLC
Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 2700x, CIS, or COBIT
Strong analytical, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Fluent English, written and spoken
CV must be submitted in English
