Job Description
As our Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in connecting the right audiences to solutions that truly matter. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll own and evolve our paid media approach across brands, products, and global markets. You’ll partner closely with teams across marketing to design campaigns that not only perform, but also continuously improve through data, experimentation, and insight.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute a full-funnel paid media strategy across channels like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, aligned to global and regional campaign goals
- Identify where our ideal customers spend time and build thoughtful targeting strategies that connect with them in meaningful ways
- Manage and optimize a global paid media budget, balancing performance, efficiency, and growth
- Analyze campaign performance and forecast results, including lead volume and return on investment
- Partner with Marketing Operations to strengthen tracking, attribution, and conversion rate optimization
- Use data and tools to continuously test, learn, and refine campaigns for better outcomes
- Establish clear reporting practices and share insights with stakeholders to drive informed decisions
- Build strong partnerships across product marketing, brand, and other cross-functional teams
- Stay closely connected to Daxko’s products and audiences to ensure campaigns are relevant and impactful
What You Bring
- A customer-first mindset with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and buying journeys
- Experience managing multi-channel paid media programs, including search, social, and programmatic
- Deep knowledge of media mix strategy, performance analysis, and optimization across channels
- Comfort working in agile or fast-moving environments, balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution
- Confidence presenting strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
- A thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience That Sets You Up for Success
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on paid media
- Experience managing global campaigns and multiple platforms simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and similar platforms
- Experience with marketing automation, testing, and performance reporting
Nice to Have
- A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Certifications in platforms like Google Analytics or Google Ads
